		<description>Hey Niki...cost per acquisition is through the roof on traditional lead gen models, everyones looking for that next silver bullet.  

Zillow knows how to aggregate the voyeurs, learning how to convert them into buyers is an expensive lesson they seem willing to take (though they're well greased)...

It's an experiment thats definitely worth watching...much in the way of valuable information to be gleaned :)</description>
